Nothing in that article without reaching a long way remotely infers a bubble in football alone, that it would die down or, most importantly, that there was a conscious effort to defund football in response to the status of the sport itself. I do not argue that individual sport allocations can be questioned or that VT has fallen behind in funding the sport but, I do question the actual reasons this has come about and question whether it should entirely or substantially be laid in the lap of the President as OHF claims.
